With the development of technology, concern with environmental issues and the
need to seek new alternatives for generating energy at a sustainable level, new sources of
energy are being developed. Among the renewable sources of electric energy, Brazil,
being a country located mostly in the intertropical region, has great potential for the use
of solar energy throughout the year. With all this, one of the most recent alternative energy
generation technologies is solar photovoltaic. This work shows all the steps of a
photovoltaic project, showing the sizing of the execution of the system. The system in
question is a 74.1 kWp solar grid-connected microgeneration solar power plant with 228
panels of 325W and 3 inverters of 27 kW. This system produces on average
approximately 11,100 kW / month. Finally, an economic analysis of the system under
study was carried out. The system is economically feasible after the analyzes carried out.
