Abstract:
With the advancement of the new coronavirus, responsible for the disease of COVID- 19, trigger for several changes, which had consequences for all levels of society, be it economic, social and in addition, the educational area. At area of education, the suspension of classroom teaching activities is being crucial to minimizing the rate of contamination, as a way of continuing classes, it became necessary to adopt remote teaching. In view of this, schools public institutions, universities and colleges faced a great challenge for the implementation of remote education. In this perspective, the general objective is to investigate the publications on remote education in the Scielo database. The obtained results through documentary analysis point out several difficulties related to access to internet and technological equipment for these students. As for the teachers, among the main difficulties faced, are the family disinterest to help and accompany students, growth exponential work to correct, answer questions and answer these students from virtual way, in addition to these problems, these teachers are getting sick with the overwork to handle. In conclusion, it is necessary that greater performance of the family and of the education networks, as investments in resources technological advances for teachers and a greater democracy of access to the internet for less favored social classes, among others, so that the consequences of this teaching medium, adopted on an emergency basis, generate less negative consequences on the school / academic learning process in this pandemic period.
