Resumo:
In this work, the impact of demand factors on demand calculation in buildings with
multiple multiple units is analyzed. The central axis of the analysis focuses on the use of
current standards of electric energy concessionaires operating in Brazil. Twomethods of
demand calculation are employed in these standards, those of installed load and useful
area. They are best used in different load situations, and demand results can tend to
approach or distance themselves from the real demand of the building, depending on
the type of predominant load. The analysis will be made from the results of the demand
collected from a fictitious building of multiple units defined in this work.
