Responsible for generating income and improving the social level of the population, poultry is one of the agribusiness sectors that have stood out in the field of animal production. Providing several opportunities, one of the activities of this segment that is most highlights is the production of chicken eggs. Brazil has great excellence in the production of eggs and because of this is among the 10 largest producers of this food in the world. In view of this market that expands more and more, it is crucial that a good planning is carried out by those who wish to invest in this sector. One of concerns that most affect the rural producer and the entrepreneur in general are the risks and uncertainties linked to the market, which can lead to the failure of the Therefore, an economic feasibility analysis is the most suitable action for to see if the business will be successful and if it will yield the desired return. Faced with this issue, this work proposes to carry out an economic feasibility analysis, to verify if it is feasible to invest in a chicken egg production model for small producers located in the high backlands of Paraíba. This is an exploratory, qualitative, and applied. A bibliographic search and a case study were carried out, where through from the latter the necessary data were collected, and through the application of methods of feasibility analysis, it was found that it is feasible to invest in the Project in question.
