Résumé:
This study aims to weave reflections on the changes occurring in the city, the way of life and dress during the 1960s and 1970s, considering these changes as a reflection of the historical process in which they live, trying to demystify the idea that this subject is superfluous, intimately connected and inseparable from the luxury beyond belief that this in no way interferes in society. Thus, we try to observe these transformations that pass around the representations of "being fashionable" as a discourse permeated intentional means to disclose that much of the world's population. Therefore, we will seek to discourse about the relevant mutations, as well as the means that made such models were propagated to the viewing audience through a search based on films, magazines and newspapers from the 50's. In an analysis of the practices and discourses that have permeated the conduct of such representations and that can be seen in movies and advertisements of the era in question, we want to discuss how they present the feelings of desire, creators of a desired ideal of womanhood in Campina Grande.
