Resumo:
The requirement in the field of telecommunications for devices which allow the
adaptation of impedance increased during these last years. The systems of mobile telephony
have great losses of energy, in particular between the amplifier and the antenna because of the
variation of its impedances of exit and among, respectively. The objective of this work is to study
topologies of circuit of adaptation and to project a reconcilable device of adaptation of
impedance possible to be manufactured by using technology CMOS AMS 0,35 µm for integrated
circuit.
