Abstract:
The present study has the idea of making a reflexion on the differences deconstruction as a
general goal, based on the Queer Theory policies, taking in consideration the prejudice
deconstruction and the differences appreciation through the literature related to the subject. In
order to succeed on doing the research and its analysis, it has been developed a qualitative and
bibliographic study. This study used bibliographic review, consulting Google Scholar on
searching for articles, scientific researches, books on the subject presented to discuss, data
survey and analysis. The theoretical framework is organized in two parts: the first one, brings
an approach on the Queer Theory, from its begining and some definitions until the discussion
and reflexion from todays context. The second one, tried to sustain the sexuality and identity
constrution thematic. Inside this discussion context is the human being when its related to
sexuality matter, gender duality matter, the non acception and imposition from parts of society
that defines it self as heteronormative. In conclusion, the debate presents an extreme relevant
thematic, becouse it brings an approach on the rights of beign or presenting yourself as a
member on the LGBTQ+ comunity. Usin the analysis on the theory, the research has observed
that there is still a long way to the LGBTQ+ comunity to go over, and one way of doing it is
through a curricular proposal at schools, enabling the thematic to work along with the
schoolar comunity. Plus, the discussion also relates on the moral, ethic and religious
prejudice, that is one of the most difficult obstacles to be beaten by the cause, specialy at
schools becouse there are parents interventions and conservadors policies. All though, the
theorics demonstrates that even with the strugles, there has been advances on the comunity
movements that searches the rights equality to ensure its identities inside the society and in
the world.
