Understanding planning and transparency in any management process is part of the quest for growth for any public or private entity. Thus, this research has as a general objective: to analyze the planning and transparency of organizations that integrate the third sector in the municipality of Sumé-PB. Specific objectives are: Mapping third sector organizations in the municipality of Sumé-PB; check if these entities have a defined strategic plan, such as (mission, vision and values); find out if these organizations are accountable; and demonstrate whether entities can be considered transparent in their management and accountability. Methodologically, the work is a case study, descriptive, exploratory with a quali-quantitative approach, of bibliographic nature. Therefore, as a result, the importance that the third sector has for the composition of incomes and improvements in the quality of life of all those involved is observed. It was concluded that the third sector organizations in the municipality of Sumé-PB have sought to serve socially and economically parts of society that are often not served by the States, seeking to unite in favor of common concerns in view of the increase in well-being of all.
