The urbanization process refers to the growth of cities, related to the population and in territorial extension. In this process the space is converted due to migration of people from the countryside to the urban area, which often occurs in anintensely, accelerated and disordered way. Deficit in planning to neighborhoods construction favors the process of waterproofing the streets and soil erosion, such problems can cause floods and inundations as a result of no adequate rainwater drainage. The paper has as purpose to present a technical solution to Paulo VI region located in the city of Caicó – RN. The problematic relies on the fact that the neighborhood doesn’t have paving and rainwater drainage system, thus, by cause ofrainy periods the process of soil erosion is even stronger, hindering the access to the area, traffic on streets and floods risk impacting directly on the residents’ well-being. Along these lines, a technical project was proposed based on the hydrological parameters of the region and sizing methods made from the presented bibliographies. In the end were obtained 1300 m tubing with 400 mm, 108 gutters and 33 snapdragon with grill without depression.
