Résumé:
The use of technologies that use the concept of Construction Information Modeling (BIM), appears as one of the most promising tools to warm up the increase in productivity and product quality in the Brazilian construction sector. Therefore, the present work aims to make the structural, architectural, electrical and water-sanitary projects of a townhouse under construction in the city of João Pessoa - Paraíba compatible, using the Revit © software, developed by Autodesk ©, software that in turn uses the BIM (Building Information Model) platform. This is a case study, which uses 2D projects, using a CAD (Computer Aided Design) platform for modeling, performing three-dimensional modeling. With the modeling, it is possible to identify the incompatibilities both visually and by automatically checking the interference obtained by using the Revit © software and the next step being the use of Navisworks © for the generation of reports. When developing the analyzes, arguments are made about what can be observed in the case object in order to assist in the understanding of the problems resulting from the fragmentation of the projects and ineffective projection, which must be solved during the construction, since the enterprise started in the end of last year.
