Resumo:
Agile Software Development (ASD) comprises techniques used to streamline the development of software work, however certain tasks are exhaustive and repetitive, also representing a constant challenge to its practitioners. In this context, the gamification of these activities could bring benefits to these challenges. The objective of this Course Completion work is to do a re-analysis by reworking data obtained in a form, where respondents give their opinion on the degree of difficulty of ASD activities considered more difficult, as well as the relevance of gamifying each one of them. This way, filters are applied on this dataset to show the opinions of ASD practitioners about the main difficulties from the perspective of the different roles, areas of expertise and experience in the Scrum framework tasks of agile methodology. By this perspective, it will present new insights on the use of Gamification in Agile Software Development, in order to reinforce or refute the proposal for gamification of ASD practices.
