Resumo:
This internship report refers to activities undertaken in supervised the
Instrumentation Laboratory and Scientific Metrology (LIMC) in UFCG. The paper aims
to present modules that help in the teaching of microelectronics and Virtuoso tool. For
that were made three modules divided into: Introduction to microelectronics and
Virtuoso schematic Making and integrated circuit symbols, and Simulation of Integrated
Circuits. Each module aims to introduce a new Virtuoso tool. In module 1 the flow of
analog and digital design are presented, some of the manufacturing process and create a
personal library in Virtuoso. In the module 2 is inserted fabrication of a circuit, starting
from the schematic drawing of the same. Next is performed to create a symbol, so you
can use it in other projects. In Module 3 explores the simulation of circuits created,
which is the most important step. We present the three main types of simulation (AC,
DC and TRAN), different circuits using to illustrate the use of each. It uses a NAND
gate circuit, a differential pair, a voltage inverter, among others. The work also has a
brief explanation of the history of microelectronics in Brazil and on the integrated
circuit development programs.
