Resumen:
Teaching Geography in rural schools in a contextualized way is of paramount importance for students to understand the elements that make up the geographic space. In other words, the world and its social and environmental issues. However, for the teaching of this discipline to be profitable, the needs of students and their daily lives must be considered, as it is by making a relationship with the environment in which they live that it is possible to have quality teaching in Geography. Thus, this research aims to report the process of construction of teaching resources using seeds of passion seeds, based on the theme "THE PROCESS OF REGIONALIZATION OF THE BRAZILIAN TERRITORY" in the context of action research, identifying its contribution in the process of teaching-learning in a contextualized way in the school context. To carry out this research, we used the assumptions of qualitative research, through Action Research, which was divided into moments of training/production and experimentation in academic and school contexts. We found that the production and experimentation of this didactic resource was of great importance in the understanding of the theme by the students, the interaction was quite positive in relation to the contents covered, from attention to the intervention, bringing the seeds, to the making of figures representing the maps. After the evaluation, we can observe that the students learned to identify each regionalization criterion in Brazil and their respective characteristics, in this way we identified how valid the opportunity was to produce with the students this didactic resource in their learning, contributing to a teaching of quality in the Geography discipline for rural schools in a contextualized way.
