Abstract:
Software developers can come to leave their jobs due to some reasons, like better opportunities or impacts caused by relationships with coworker and colleagues. This paper aims to analyze these relationships, specially as for leadership influences in software development teams. For this, seven developers, leaders or not, were interviewed in order to identify which factors can motivate a developer to remain or leave his current team or even his current job.
