Resumen:
The expulsion of the world of work causes disruption and damage to the social thread.
Without work and without paid employment, people can not provide for their basic needs,
they tose self-esteem and social networking breaks. Move away from the neighbors, the
family disrupts, worsen living conditions. Think this phenomenon coupled with the reality
of fishermen Tilapia Dam in the town of White Clay Colonel Ezekiei-RN. Facing this
challenge puts us thinking social inclusion from the productive activity that is not alienating,
disabling, exclusionary and nullifying the expressiveness of the people, at the same time
generate income and be able to rescue us from the many social network, as it allows the
reconstruction of the condition of autonomy. Reflect and propose ways of working that
enable freedom, which are a facto r o f pleasure and conviviality that reinforce the values and
promotion of life leads us to the encounter with the Solidarity Economy, which is the coping
strategy o f exclusion and precariousness o f work, sustained in collective forms o f work and
income generation, articulated the processes of participatory and sustainable development
The Solidarity Economy and Income Generation is a fonn of production and distribution of
wealth focused on valuing human and not capital. lt is intended to extend this project from
discussions about the importance of Solidarity Economy and Income Generation in the lives
of fishermen Tilapia, allowing for better understanding of the real contribution of this
practice to them. This work will provide information on the Solidarity Economy and Income
Generation and its importance in the adhesion ofmany fishermen in the municipality.
