Resumen:
This work proposes the application of the methodology focused on the maintenance
requirements associated with asset management, prescribed in the standard ISO
55000, the management of maintenance activities Hydropower Plant Sales Apollonius
reliability. The purpose of the work is the strategic management of equipment
maintenance of the electrical system in hydroelectric generation. The reasons for the
study of the subject are the need of changing technical maintenance; strategic
maintenance management; diagnosis of post-crash electrical system; the need for
assistance in training for maintenance staff; standardization of maintenance procedures;
improvement in documentation of records; the need to reduce the related maintenance
activity costs, and ensuring greater availability of generation assets electricity. Our
objectives are to promote improved maintenance efficiency, with consequent
improvement of reliability, availability and maintainability of the assets. The methodology
adopted in this work is based on previous analysis of practice adopted by the company,
considering the requirements of the methodology of reliability centered maintenance and
the requirements of standard ISO 55000. The adoption of this management strategy
directs the attention of managers for assets instead of simply measuring achievement of
maintenance activities. The strategic management of asset gains emphasis by
standardizing the data record of assets, failures, failure modes, and functional failures.
The definition of the goals, mission and vision of maintenance, maintenance
management guides for the management of assets, to reliability engineering and
adoption of techniques and tools that have the best management practices currently
found.
