Abstract:
This research aimed to spread the principles of solidarity economy in EJA. in order to improve the quality of life of EJA students at the Capitão Trajano de Farias Municipal School. located in the municipality of Coronel Ezequiel - RN. Solidarity Economy and the form of production. consumption and distribution of wealth (economy) focused on valuing human beings and not capital. it has an associative and cooperative base and is focused on the production of consumption and the sale of goods and services in a self-managed manner. with the purpose of extended reproduction in life. it advocates understanding as a means of human liberation from within a process of economic democratization. creating an alternative to dimension. Cooperativism is the main tool for practical application. of economic concepts and ideologies with the objective of optimizing common effort and equitable sharing of the products of this collective effort. This work refers to data collection through questionnaires. and the profile of students. types of products cultivated. consumed and that could be marketed. in order to add value to these products by EJA students. in relation to the profile of the students, most were female. the predominant age group was from 24 to 65 years of age. All are farmers who left school for more than 40 years and returned because they realized how important the level of learning is for personal growth. performance and qualification in the labor market. From the perspective of using the principles of Solidarity Economy and cooperativism. EJA students at the Capitão Trajano de Farias Municipal School understood that they can benefit from an improvement in their quality of life. Some would like to participate in a cooperative, but not all understood the meaning of cooperativism.
