Resumen:
This research addresses the valorization of women, aiming at their training. professional and
technological in line with the increase in education of women in situations of social
vulnerability, The Thousand Women Program is inserted in the set of priorities of public
policies, especially in the axes for promoting equity, gender equality, combating violence
against women and access to education. In this perspective, I seek to analyze the problematic
of the Solidarity Economy and its possible relations with actions educational activities with a
view to promoting and optimizing economic systems of production disconnected from the
logic of the so-called traditional economy, within of the context of Youth and Adult
Education - EJA, where this is a modality of basic education aimed at young people and
adults who do not. had access or not completed their studies in elementary school and in the
high school. It is important to highlight the expanded conception of education in young
people and adults in the sense of not being limited only to schooling, but also recognize
education as a fundamental human right for constitution of autonomous, critical and active
young people and adults in face of reality where they live. Therefore, the objective of the
research is to problematize the concept of solidarity with the students participating in the
Program Thousand Women Portal in the municipality of Picuí/PB.
