Resumo:
Power electronics are now undergoing a major shift towards miniaturization, driven by
the arrival of new power transistor technologies, in particular by the automotive
market and the massive arrival of the electric motor. In this context, this internship
proposes addressing the problem of the integration of the wireless power control, in a
context of applications requiring numerous power switches, as for example in the
case of new power converter architectures. In a laboratory centered on the design of
integrated electronic systems on silicon, this internship aims to evaluate the solutions
of existing wireless technologies and to develop a first demonstrator using existing
components, in order to arrive at a specification for a development of a system-onchip
based on hybrid technologies.
