Resumen:
This report presents the activities performed by the student Jéssyca Iasmyn Lucena Araujo
during the Supervised Internship at the Radiometry Laboratory of the Department of
Electrical Engineering (DEE), Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), having as
advisor professor Alexandre Jean René Serres and supervisor professor Edmar Candeia
Gurjão. The internship was designed to study and develop a passive RFID tag on the FR4
substrate for respiratory frequency monitoring, operating at the 915 MHz frequency.
Simulations were performed on ANSYS's Electronics Desktop software. After the simulation,
the making and measurements of the tag were performed, it was observed the performance of
this in the application considered.
