Resumo:
The struggles shown by students in practical activities on the electrical engineering
undergraduate level scope, must be continuously analyzed in order to find effective
solutions for the development of a student body determined on reaching professional and
academic success. The electronical devices laboratory class is taught during the
undergraduate program of Electrical Engineering of Universidade Federal de Campina
Grande, and has the purpose of capacitating the student with basic knowledge about the
following semiconductive devices: junction diodes, bipolar transistors and field effect
transistors, as well as in the analyses and synthesis of circuits containing these devices.
Therefore, this document describes the activities developed by Lélia van der Linden at
the Instrumentation and Scientific Metrology Laboratory in a student internship nature
with 180h workload. Such internship goal was to develop a tutoring and apprenticeship
method coming from the development of a didactical kit to aid students and the professor
on the semiconductive diode experiment from The Electronical Devices Laboratory
course.
