Resumo:
From a qualitative and quantitative analysis, this work sought through a questionnaire to
investigate the perceptions of the students of the Education of Young and Adults of the
Orlando Venâncio dos Santos State High School - Cuité I PB on principies of Solidary
Economy, in addition to bringing Infonnation about the socioeconomic profile ofthe researcb
participants. Based on the data obtained, we observed that the students o f this modality seek
in the majority training for the work, which it is necessary to rethink, about the role of the
EJA in the fonnation of autonomous, solidary and competent subjects and of how the
teaching and Learning of the EJA modality could contribute to the students' socloeconomic
development. We find that although the students do not know about Solidarity Economy, they
have perceptions or have already practiced some principie o f the theme. These principies can
guide a new link. between education and work in a more conscientious and human perspective.
