Résumé:
The present study has as theme the technological training as a general objective to analyze the experience of training in basic computer skills from the perspective of outsourced workers students from CFP/UFCG, considering the prior knowledge and workers' motivation to learn computing providing a digital introduction to the outsourced people considering the prior knowledge and workers' motivation to learn computing, providing a digital introduction to the contractors, as well as verify that the difficulties in the course, and if they are overcoming these difficulties, and to evaluate whether there was student learning in the performed training. From the perspective that technologies (especially computers) can be an auxiliary element in your training in the practice of professional / outsourced workers of the CFP. Regarding methodological procedures of the research classification, as to nature, is characterized as a basic research, which aims to generate new knowledge without the intended application. As the research objectives, we can identify it as exploratory; it aims to provide greater engagement with the situation, studying a specific case based in the experiences of the related people. Therefore, to analyze the data through qualitative and quantitative research that both enables the researcher to experience more closely and take a broader view of the context itself, along with the obtained answers from the questionnaires and observation, allowing the analysis of responses is more effective. The implementation of this research has empowered significant and constructive contributions both in the educational field as well as in professional, given that the technological formation of the research in question, including outsourced workers, resulting in a transaction between the two fields mentioned previously, allowing them to have opportunities for technologies improvement and knowledge that the course could offer them. Making it so significant for the scientific field as a means to contribute to the digital literacy of the contracted outsourced workers, giving them the opportunity to acquire new knowledge, using for both personal benefit as well as professional.
