Resumo:
This report presents the internship activities in the Metrology Laboratory of Campina
Grande (LabMet). It aimed to determine the classification of electronic electrical energy
meters developed by the Metrology Laboratory of Campina Grande (LabMet-DEEUFCG)
and LiteMe (DSC-UFCG) in terms of accuracy according to the current national
standards applicable to both. Based on NBR 14519 and Inmetro Resolution Nº. 602 both
meters were subjected to the predicted experiments using the high accuracy apparatus of
the LabMet. Then, the data obtained were evaluated percentually in order to obtain a
classification within the provisions of the standard. The LabMet energy meter presents
higher accuracy, being rated 1% or class B. The Liteme meter presentes a lower accuracy,
being classified as 2% or class A.
