Résumé:
Reverse logistics emerges as a possibility for environmental preservation, reducing the impact generated by everything that is discarded. Considering that some waste is generated in the hospital and can be reused or transformed into raw material for manufacturing new products. Thus, it demonstrates the importance of LR within hospital services. The objective of the research is to analyze the financial and environmental feasibility of waste reverse logistics within the health service. This study is an integrative literature review, using an exploratory approach, being developed from databases, such as LILACS,SCIELO and other reliable databases, from the crossing of the following
descriptors: Reverse logistic. Health Services. Feasibility. The guiding question was: How is the financial and environmental viability of waste reverse logistics within the health service? For the selection of studies, some inclusion andexclusion criteria were met. In the case of inclusion criteria, the following stand out: monographs, theses and dissertations, original articles in Portuguese, complete, available for free in the databases and that were between the period 2016 to 2021. With regard to the results of table 01 , there is a good distribution of studies according to the year of publication, and of the 08 (eight) papers analyzed, 02 (two) were from the year 2016, 02 (two) from 2018, 01 (one) from 2019 , 02 (two) from 2020 and 01 (one) from 2021. Regarding the type of
research or journal, only 1 work was a Monograph or the rest were scientific articles found in the following journals. It is concluded that it is necessary to establish practical and achievable goals in the gradual implementation of waste management in health services, as well as to develop training and professional qualification for those involved in waste management and users of health services.
