Résumé:
This paper presents some of the complex problems associated with learning and
difficulty in acquiring knowledge by the student. The educational problem in a study
about the teacher's relationship with their students and the difficulties presented by
them in the process of knowledge acquisition. Its general objective is to discuss the
practice in primary education forward to learning disorders, differentiating it from the
learning disability to propose some alternative educational intervention to improve
education in basic education (second cycle). The specific objectives are: to map the
characteristics of the front learning disorders to the literature, identify the knowledge
and front teaching practices learning disorders and describe teaching strategies for
coping of elementary school learning disorders, which had theoretical support in
following authors: Gonzaga (2010), Ciasca (2003), France (1996), Gonçalves (2003),
Stanislaus and Bressan (2014), Teles (2008), Carvalho (2011), Rubinstein (1999),
Bastos (2008) Maluf (2008), Vieira (2004), Zorzi (2007), among others, and in articles
and publications on websites. The methodology for the research consists of a
qualitative approach exploratory next to a public school in the city of Cajazeiras,
State of Paraiba. The study subjects were three teachers of the respective
educational institution. Data collection was done through a semistructured interview.
The study concluded that learning is a complex process, and, therefore, requires a
skilled and competent professional who has a critical eye on the difficulties presented
by the students.
