Resumo:
The Solidarity Economy is still a new phenomenon that bas been moving along with
organizations such as cooperatives, university associations and incubators of solidarity
economic enterprises, based on the following principies: self-management, dcmocracy,
cooperation, centraJity in the human bcing, valorization of diversity, emancipation,
valorization of local knowledge, valuing learning, social justice and care for the environment.
Among thcse bodies, we highlight the lncubators of Solidarity Economic Projects, which are
shown as an important space for the development of theoretical research the Theoretical and
empirical studies on the Solidarity Economy, whose política! action can return to attend to a
social class devoid of the means of production and to feed thc construction of knowledge
through practice. These practices enablc workers to have access to technical and conceptual
knowledge. Thus, this work had the objective of analyzing actions of fNCOSOL- University
Incubator of Economic Solidarity Projects of CES - UFCG Cuité-PB, about educational
processes of formation for the practice of solidarity econorny to a group of goat farrners and
sheep farrners, inserted in the agricultura{ cooperative Cacho de Ouro. This research made use
of qualitative methods, through the application of questionnaires and interviews, as well as
observation. Through the results obtained, we have seen that the incubator has an important
role in the courses, but the educational formations serve in a limited way the needs of those
involved in the process, Because there was a resistance ofthe producers in participating in thc
activities proposcd by thc incubator for often not speaking the language that is practiccd and
experienced by these people.
