Abstract:
The present study examined the influence of understanding of ethical and moral base
for teacher training of the academic pedagogy from a research whose research question was: to what extent or how the understanding of ethical and moral base to interfere training of academic pedagogy the CFP / UFCG? In this sense, did it need to apply a structured form in the search field, contemplating openended questions in which employees presented the concept of ethics and morality in order. The research was characterized as a quantitative and qualitative study with qualitative preponderance, having been used as instruments of analysis, field surveys, allowing to demonstrate the influence of ethical and moral dimension at the base of the formation. Among the main results of this research identifies that the concepts of ethics and morals are grounded in theories experienced during graduation, however, the concepts are expressed in a normative manner, demonstrating that the thematic units in a given program, are only following a curriculum normative graduation. Therefore, the ideas presented in this work can be conceptualized to consist but in relation to a study that requires a larger to reflect the influence of the conception of ethics and moral in teacher training, since it is during teacher training experiences that the grounds for an intentional educational practice that can act actively and reflectively in a contemporary society. In general, the work contemplated the course of a search that was not exhausted, but it helped ease the concerns and will support new research and reflections.
