Résumé:
his thesis is related to small diameter bored piles, appeared in the middle of 80's in the
city of Maceió - AL and performed in various works of small to medium size in the states of the north and Brazilian northeast, known as "Injected Rotative Pile ". In addition, this thesis shows peculiarities of the execution of this pile and intends to analyze and discuss the performances of these piles submitted the traction efforts, through load bearing tests, comparing with predict ionsobtained from theoretical and empirical methods of determination of bearing capacity used. Thus, it can be evaluated which of the methods (or which) better adapts to the calculation of the probable failure load to this type of pile. The work is based in 14 load tests performed in 04 (four) plots located on beach area from the city of Maceió, where it was searched a few relation of typically sandy soil from this region, with the values found for the capacity of load from the tested piles, due to a variation in the diameter of the shaft, sometimes obsenrd, in some layers of the loose density of the subsoil. Finally, it shows the safety's coefficients suggested for the employment of the methods used in the evaluation of the capacity of load of these piles.
