Resumo:
The search for sustainable solutions has promoted the increasing insertion of
renewable sources in the energy matrices of developed countries around the world.
Following this trend, Brazil has developed actions to include the included renewable
energies present in the electrical system. In this sense, the Bill of the Senate Federal
Number 232/2016 seeks to promote an opening of the free energy market for all
consumers, in order to promote, in addition to the consumer's independence in
relation to an energy distributor, the choice by which characteristic source for energy
purchase. In this way, solar energy presents itself as a very attractive source, due to
its price and its generation profile. Thus, the present work aims to show the current
formation of the Brazilian electrical system and to define how the commercialization
of energy in this system occurs, in addition to presenting how solar energy is
currently present in the composition of the same and the project which are the
possible impacts of the implementation of this system law.
