Résumé:
A standard cell library contains the basic timing and power information for all cells for different
operating conditions. This information is crucial during an integrated circuit project, because it
estimates how those cells will behave after tapeout. Sometimes the designer is limited by the
operating conditions provided by the foundry. This project will describe the process of
recharacterizing a standard cell library. After that, the generated library will be used to
implement a microcontroller to help analyse how a place & route tool deals with operating
conditions that differ from the nominal.
