Résumé:
In 2016, the State Government of Paraíba implemented the Integral Citizen School Program ECI and Integral Technical Citizen School ECIT, with a Pedagogical and School Management Model focused on Youth Protagonism and the Students' Life Project. The method contemplates a new concept of school in which the Pedagogical and School Management Models are closely associated and constitute the organism that makes it possible to transform the school's vision and mission into effective daily action. In this sense, we seek to analyze the contributions of the integral citizen school model for learning and training students at a state high school in the city of Cajazeiras PB, in the valorization of the concepts of citizenship and interdisciplinarity. This is a case study, where the instruments of data collection is the application of semistructured questionnaires to students and teachers of the discipline of Physics and followed by some analyzes witnessed, in this same curricular component and in the discipline of Life Project; in this sense, data collection took place in a universe of 17 students who represented 55% of the class. We held discussions related to the understanding of the Educational Paradigm that permeates contemporary society; the idea of Interdisciplinarity in order
to situate such a concept; and as well as talking about the role of the school in the face of the challenges and contradictions found in modernity and the teaching of physics as part of the process of Scientific and Technological Literacy in educational spaces according to the authors (ABRAMOVAY, 2002; BARRETO, 2010; BRASIL, 1996; BRZEZINSKI, 2018; CACHAPUZ, 2005; RICARDO, 2005; JAPIASSU, 1976; CUSTÒDIO, 2008; FAZENDA, 2014) point out. As a result of this work, we note that the curricular components of the common and diversified base Physics, Life Project and
Elective complement its objectives in the face of the challenge of forming autonomous, competent and solidary citizens to exercise citizenship and adapt to the globalized world. In this sense, we contribute to a greater understanding of the impacts that this school provides for the training of students in terms of curriculum, learning and school routine. We came to the conclusion that such a school is providing conditions for the construction of new educational paradigms that, despite being rooted in operational guidelines for a long time, are taking shape and being forged in educational
excellence.
