Resumo:
Due to the great droughts presented in the Brazilian Northeast, it is necessary to practice sustainable attitudes and management, especially in regions where water storage is the main alternative to enjoy it. In order to facilitate the attitudes to be taken regarding the volume of the reservoir, this work has as main function to predict the possible volumes of the dam for the months of 2019, thereby facilitating decisionmaking in relation to it. In order to estimate the volumes it was necessary to apply the meteorological and hydrological data in the SADAguas software, such as precipitation, area x volume x volume, inflow, evaporation, and users who are associated with water use in the reservoir, such data referring to the Acauã reservoir, located in the region of Itatuba, wild Paraibano. With this, it observed a growing result in the months in 2019, where the reservoir reached a maximum of 61.593% in the month of September, and a minimum of 32.268% in the month of January, making it possible to acquire plausible attitudes so that a correct management with the present water occurs, thus putting the practice of sustainability in focus, offering a guarantee of the reservoir for future generations.
