Análise da praticabilidade de investimento financeiro em gerador solar fotovoltaico - Estudo de caso.

Abstract

The beginning of the change of the Brazilian scenario in the face of photovoltaic resources started from the publication of Normative Resolution (REN) no. 482/2012), regulating in the country distributed generation and its energy compensation. The excellent economic profitability for consumers who generate their own electricity through renewable sources is the main factor for the addition of photovoltaic generators. Thus, the study aimed to carry out the financial study on the insertion of a photovoltaic solar generator in a low standard family residence located in the city of Sousa-PB, budgeted in 3 companies in the city the costs related to the entire process of implantation of the generator and calculated the cash flow, simple and discounted payback, Liquid Present Value (VPL) and Internal Rate of Return (IRT) to attest to the profitability of the investment. The results obtained confirm that the investment is profitable, where, among the possibilities projected in the study, it can cause savings of up to R$ 111.796,72 representing 89,69% of the amount that would be allocated to the expenses with electricity totally from the concessionaire for the analyzed period of 25 years.
