Resumo:
Objective: to know what has been published about business entrepreneurship in the
academic training in Nursing. Methodology: integrative review in databases:
SciVerse Scopus (SCOPUS), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature
(CINAHL) and Nursing Databases (BDENF), using the following descriptors
and keywords: academic education, academic training, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs,
entrepreneurship, health entrepreneurship, risk contract, nursing, nurses,
Nursing; with final sample of 10 items. Results: two categories were
highlighted: "Entrepreneurship in Academic Nursing Education" and
“Business Entrepreneurship in Nursing”. business entrepreneurship
provides nurses with a range of self-employment opportunities. Thus, the proportion
of entrepreneurial education of university nursing curricula compared to
other courses is very low. In this direction, educational institutions need to introduce this
perspective that entrepreneurship in Nursing enables numerous perspectives
different performance patterns, which deviate from traditional work patterns. Conclusion: at the end
of this research, there is a gap in nursing graduation when it comes to the
encouraging entrepreneurship, pointing to the need to expand their discussions in the
nursing.
