ALEXANDRE, Alisson Batista da Silva.
Resumen:
The present work performs a comparative study of costs from the variation of
construction techniques used in constructing a single-family house of usual standard,
approaching the execution of preliminary services, infrastructure, superstructure, and
execution of an individual sewage treatment system. The cost compositions of the
service stages were collected in the Orçafascio database – software for engineering,
which uses the databases of SINAPI, SEINFRA, ORSE, among others. The quotations
were carried out in the local construction market from May/2021 to July/2021. The first
model adopts blocks in cyclopean concrete, columns and beams in reinforced concrete
and sewage system also in reinforced concrete and sealing masonry; while the second
model adopts a radier foundation, structural masonry and a sewage system using precast
concrete cylinder. The budget analysis found that the second constructive model
presented a reduction of about 73% in rebars, 62% in formwork, and 54.8% in concrete.
In general terms, savings of approximately 40% compared to the first model.
