Abstract:
This work is titled as perspectives between formation and the professional performance of students of the Escola Estadual de Educação Profissional Professor Gustavo Augusto Lima, in this context, it brings some reflections about the concepts of professional education, the problematic since your creation, until today, and understand the professional teaching, technical articulated to high school and thus, consolidate the fundamental object of research that is the acting of individuals front of the professional teaching. The research is determined as qualitative and quantitative research focused on depth understanding of the phenomena analyzed empirically, based on desk research, bibliographic and field. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with 25 questions each, structured in two versions one for students who are completing the course and the other to the egresses, thus 45 subjects in total, dividing 39 graduating students, and 6 egresses of the research. Among the authors used on the theoretical framework are Alves (2000), Freire (2007), Sousa (2004), Saviani (1996), Frigotti (2010), Depresbiteris (2001), Kuenzer (1997), which contextualizes about education and / or professional education. According to the data obtained it was noticed that the courses offered are not befitting with the reality of the subjects, taking into account that the technical course does not guarantee the inclusion of these in the world of local labor, which is one of the Professional Schools goals.
