Resumo:
The correct evaluation of the properties of a material is fundamental to, in the final application, meet ali expectative in which they was design. In the development of a expansive cement for ornamental rocks mining, we found the deficiency of machines to measure the expansive pressure originated by the expansive cement in they final application, being that data collected in a stationary state provided by a mechanical structure. Then, we make a project of a machine to meet that expectative. The project was made using the microcontrollers' technology, analogical to digital converters of SAR (successive approximation register), S type load cell, and, for the mechanical structure of
the machine and electrical circuitry, we use CAD as tool. The machine was successful made and meets the initial expectative in which they was design, they was tested, with the specifically developed software and both was satisfactory.
