Résumé:
Pathological manifestations in hydrosanitary installations are increasingly frequent in buildings, reaching the highest rate and, in addition to causing financial problems, it can affect health. Studies show that one of the main reasons for these manifestations in water and health systems is not compliance with existing technical standards, as well as the lack of periodic maintenance in the pipelines. Thus, this study aimed to present the most frequent types of pathologies in hydraulic and sanitary system networks, establishing the most common causes for the emergence of these
pathologies and indicate solutions to minimize future problems and that do not compromise the life of the building. The results were obtained through bibliographical research, for that the composition of the subsystems of cold water, sanitary sewage and rainwater was defined, specifying how the pathologies are formed and what the possible solutions are. In addition, an automated table was developed through Excel to assist designers in verifying the standards criteria during the development of projects. Finally, it was noticed that the pathologies in the hydraulic, sewage and rainwater systems occur due to poor project sizing, execution and lack of maintenance preventive and corrective measures by the residents.
