Resumen:
The work presents a reflection on the existing challenges in pedagogical practices in Early Childhood Education about the Internship, with the general objective of analyzing the challenges of mediating pedagogical practices. In this way, we have the following specific objectives: to describe historically how the process of advances in childhood and early childhood education took place; verify how didacticpedagogical activities were proposed and present different methodologies that were developed in education. About the methodology, it is a study of a descriptive nature and qualitative approach. The data for the production of the work are the results of observations and interventions carried out during the period of the supervised internship in early childhood education at a school in the city of SousaPB. The observations took place during seven days, for a period of four hours, each day in the morning class, having as a source of information the daily life and experiences of teachers and students who make up Early Childhood Education. The framework is divided into three parts. The first deals with the concepts of childhood throughout history, being grounded by Áriés (1981), among other authors who contributed with their approaches regarding childhood. The second part addresses the challenges of training early childhood education teachers, through legal documents that deal with Brazilian education and the daytoday action of daycare and preschool educators. The approach is supported by authors such as Aranha (2006), Bujes (2001) and Alves (2011). In the third part, it presents reports of the experiences during the supervised internship in early childhood education, with approaches by the authors Zabalza (1998), Craidy and Kaercher (2001), which bring the importance of the space and the appropriate practices for the preschool. From the reflections on the internship, it was possible to conclude that the teacher needs to keep up to date, well prepared and motivated to perform his role efficiently and promptly.
