Resumo:
The present work discusses the evaluation of the school learning of the students of 6th year of a school in Rio Grande do Norte State of Brazil. Its general objective is to understand how the pedagogical coordination plans the process of evaluating the learning of students in 6th grade of the State School Coronel Fernandes. And, the specific objectives that are: 1( to know the / or conceptions of assessment of learning used by the organization of the pedagogical work; 2) Analyze whether the appraisal of learning is collaborating in the construction of new knowledge by students; 3) Identify the challenges of assessing learning and its contributions to improving pedagogical work. In order to understand the conceptions and challenges of the organization of pedagogical work in the construction of an assessment that prioritizes students learning in a qualitative and not quantitative way, contributing to the potentialization of the pedagogical word of that institution. As for the methodological path, a semi-structured interview was conducted with a teacher and a pedagogical supervisor. Thus, in the theorical framework it centralizes the idea of evaluating the learning of the author Cipriano Luckesi, who donated two works of his authorship for the construction and enrichment of the framework, of this research were: “Evaluation in education: epistemological and practical issues”; year 2018, and “The evaluation of school learning: studies and propositions”; year 2011. Such works were fundamental for the improvement of this research. As for the results, the following work showed the relevance of an assessment of formative, diagnostic and qualitative learning in an intentional way to seek through its results actions, pedagogical practices that will contribute to the improvement of the organization of the pedagogical work.
