Resumo:
The globalization of markets, considerably intensifies the competitiveness between companies,
which attributes to organizations the continuous search for management tools such as
Ergonomics and Hygiene and Safety at Work that help them in the development of legislation,
quality of life at work and the decrease accidents, contributing to productivity and profitability.
The objective of reducing accidents is consistent, since more than 5.4 million accident
notifications have been registered since 2012, making Brazil fourth in the world ranking. The
vast majority of these accidents result from the work environment itself and the conditions they
provide. This work aimed to carry out an Ergonomic Analysis of Work and to verify the
conformity of Regulatory Standard 6 and 17 in a company that provides finishing services on
textile garments, in the city of Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, in the countryside of Pernambuco. In
view of this, onsite
visits, photos, direct observations, interviews and questionnaires were
carried out to identify problems, such as the risks to which workers are exposed, inappropriate
postures, use of Personal Protective Equipment and compliance with the aforementioned
Regulatory Standards. For data analysis, the Ergolândia software was used with the Rappid
UpperLimb
Assentment method, the elaboration of flowcharts, risk map and application of the
5W2H. From the data and results obtained with the software, it was possible to conclude that
the posture adopted by employees need immediate interventions, through the risk map it was
noticed that employees were exposed to four different types of risks and that none were used
type of Personal Protective Equipment to mitigate them. It is concluded, then, that the
organizations that are not adequate to issues of Hygiene and Safety at work and Ergonomics
lose space and competitiveness, because in the midst of the continuous changes in the
productive processes, the collaborator becomes the focus of research to make the safest, most
comfortable and compatible working environment for your needs.
