Ressocialzação no sistema prisional brasileiro: revisão sistemática.

Abstract

Restoring and returning to social life become sone of the greatest difficulties encountered by prisoners in Brazil. The difficulty of reintegrationis present today, and thus, through resocialization, those Who have committed a particular crime, see it as na opportunity to redeem them selves before society. However, there-socialization of detaineesis not only a practice of benefits, but also a greatre sistance on the part of the governmentand society. In this context, the problem of over crowding in the prison system arises, being one of the main causes of violence against Human Rights in prisons across the country. Thus, evaluating the current modelo fresocialization of the prison system in Brazil is the objective of the work, through bibliographic research already carried out in the literature, and thus proposing solutions and measures that can assist in there-socialization of prisoners.The methodology used in this research was a bibliographic survey in scientificarticles, in the Federal Constitution, in the Law of Penal Execution (LEP), aiming to address concepts and whath as been debated about the study theme. The discussion about overcrowding and reintegration in to the labor market Will be a debate in thestudy, thus bringing a new vision and a new proposal of what needs to be renewed for along time.
