assumption that there is no monitoring of work in the public sector with regard to the job
security of civil servants in the most diverse categories, the objective study analyzed research
related to the occupational health of civil servants, highlighting the need for greater attention
to the implementation of health and safety actions in the professional work environment.

be Said that the researches carried out are small advances regarding the search for better
working conditions for public servants, but they are still not enough to diagnose the current
work situation and provide wellbeing
