Abstract:
The study was carried out in a company in the automotive sector, whose main activity is vehicle repairs, more precisely in a body shop and paint shop. The sector, in which the company studied in the research is located, currently occupies the seventh place in the automotive industrial ranking and the new position in relation to the consumer market. Even though it is not the decisive factor, the previous statements prove the need for bodyshop and painting activities, leading these companies to update themselves more and more to meet the maximum demand possible. Thus, one of the essential factors of this update are the work safety measures, which make the company an appropriate place for the productive development and well-being of employees. As a result of this crucial factor, studies must be carried out to identify the agents that cause insecurity in the environment, which makes this work relevant, as it will analyze the risks present in the company, which may be making it impossible for the company to grow in the market due to the lack of security during the stages of its activity. Aiming at the data necessary for this study, it became necessary to apply analysis tools such as the Risk Map to identify the types of risks present in the areas of operation, Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) and Risk Matrix in order to categorize risks according to their causes, effects, possible consequences, frequency, severity and level of tolerance. To achieve the general objective of the work, the mitigating measures obtained from the 5W2H tool, were considered satisfactory in view of the study proposal. Obtaining the necessary data for analysis and development of the risk map and APR required 3 technical visits to the company and a questionnaire. Finally, this work also helped to corroborate the classification of this bodywork and painting activity as dangerous activities and operations under NR-16.
