Resumo:
This present paper studies the News practices and writing and Reading ways emerging in
the context of the cyberspace, of the digital technology and of the media genre, seeking to
think over the implications of this news practices towards the training of readers/writer in
the school. To its construction, we take like objective to develop research about language,
media genre and textuality, with the aim the study and the implantation of methodologies
focused on, furthermore we try to understand how the new technologies and media genre
may contribute the training readers and the improvement of the its writing process and,
finally, propose models of activities with reading and writing and the news technologies
and media genres. The methodology adopted for implementation of this work was a
bibliographic study, through a bibliographic literature review for understanding of relevant
concepts to the research, as well as holding of quantitative and qualitative research, field
observation an experimental practice applied with students of 9º year at public school in
Pombal, the state of Paraíba which observed of the ways how constitute the reading in the
digital and printed spaces. This approach relied on theoretical bases like: Chartier (1998;
2002; 2003), Coscarelli (2002; 2009;2011), Lévy (1993; 1999; 2003), Marcuschi (2010);
Moran (2013), Rojo (2005; 2015), Koch (2009) and others which are mentioned in the
references of this work. The research allowed verifying that the technological resources
with their base multimodal, greatly contributes for training proficient readers and writers.
