Resumen:
The objective of this work is to establish a comparison between the proposals of the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN) and the Common National Curricular Base (BNCC) for the History curriculum component, in order to understand the attributions for their teaching practice, from the text of the documents in question. Based on this assumption, we seek to analyze which structure is thought for History, what is expected of it in curricular and formative terms based on what is placed in the text of the legislation chosen for analysis. Starting from perspectives such as BITTENCOURT (2008), SILVA (2010) and RIBEIRO (2010) this investigation seeks to understand what is claimed for the discipline of History, what is expected of this discipline from the points of view of these education laws. The analysis considers as sources the legislation of the PCN (National Curriculum Parameters) and the BNCC (National Common Curricular Base), with the objective of establishing bridges and parallels between the two legislations, contextualizing the debate around the construction of the proposals, the controversial ones, the political and social context.
