Resumo:
This article aims to analyze the factors influencing the purchase of products and services through e-commerce and the levels of satisfaction with the experiences of purchase in a virtual environment. The research is descriptive and quantitative, carried out through field survey with 312 respondents, using the sampling method not probabilistic, for convenience. The collection instrument was a questionnaire with thirteen objective questions. The results obtained indicate high levels of satisfaction in relation to online shopping, also measuring free shipping as one of the main influencing factors for consumption. It is concluded that, in general, most participants are satisfied with your e-commerce shopping experiences.
