Abstract:
The expansion of the offer of places for admission to higher education highlighted a serious problem,
the growth of the university dropout rate. This is a phenomenon that affects several
Higher Education Institutions in the country and causes social and economic concerns. study the
University dropout is fundamental in order to understand how this phenomenon occurs and so
avoid wasting financial resources. Given this context, the objective of this research was
in analyzing the dropout rates of students in the Bachelor of Administration courses at the
Federal University of Campina Grande. Therefore, the adopted methodology was exploratory and
descriptive through a bibliographic and documental survey on the website Data Abertos da Pró
