Resumo:
The legal-social problem that has been constantly growing in our legal system, a
phenomenon that has become known as "pejotization", where an exponent growth of
workers who become legal entities by their own will or pressure made by employers
in a frivolous attempt to usurp rights and guarantees that are reserved to workers
under a regime established in the consolidation of labor laws. For this, it is essential
to understand which are the guiding principles that permeate the fundamental
guarantees and rights that guide the rights that guarantee the fair dignity of work and
labor. analyze how the effects of the economic crisis aimed at the labor market
affected employment and service relations, as well as the recent labor reform may
have facilitated the derogatory and harmful practice of the employee to become a
legal entity, losing numerous guarantees and reserved reservations the labor
relationship in the consolidation of labor laws. Analyze how higher courts have been
judging and deciding on employees who feel aggrieved by the aforementioned
practice.
